Giving Options

        Here are three easy ways to support this ministry with you financial giving:

Method #1 - Check or Money Order

• Step 1 - Make check or money order payable to "MCII" and write "The Fountains" on the memo line.
  
  
• Step 2 - Mail your gift to:
          MCII
          P.O. Box 354
          Ellsworth, KS 67439-0354
  
  
• Step 3 - When MCII receives your gift, it will be deposited into our mission account. MCII will then mail you a receipt and a new envelope for your next monthly gift.
  

Method #2 - The Bank Account Direct Giving Plan

• Step 1 - Print the Direct Giving Plan form then complete and sign the form.
  
  
• Step 2 - Attach a voided check to the form and mail it to:
          MCII
          P.O. Box 354
          Ellsworth, KS 67439-0354
  
  
• Step 3 - Your monthly gift will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the 15th of each month and then MCII will deposit your gift in our missions account.
  
  
• Step 4 - This automatic transfer will be shown on you banking statement each month.
  
  
• Step 5 - You may increase, decrease or suspend your giving at any time by contacting MCII at 620-824-6096.
  

Method #3 - Giving Online

Step 1 - Click on the button marked "Make a Donation."


• Step 2 - Follow the instruction to make donation through paypal using your credit card, debit card or paypal account.
  
  
• Step 3 - This transfer will be shown on your monthly statement from your financial institution.
